Why couples come in
Most couples who come to me are struggling with communication, and with resentment that has built up over time. The same argument keeps coming back in a different outfit, and neither of you feels heard.
How we work
We work on communication skills for healthy conflict: how to raise something without it turning into a fight, how to listen when you’re frustrated, and how to repair after it goes badly. We also work on letting go of the past, so old hurts stop running the present, and on nurturing the relationship you want to keep.
Couples counseling works best when both of you are willing to do the work. I’ll be supportive, and I’ll be honest with both of you.
Sessions and fees
Couples sessions are 50 minutes and $175, in person in Ormond Beach or by secure video anywhere in Florida. I also offer family counseling, and individual sessions are available if you want to work on a relationship on your own.

Do you take sides?
No. My job is the relationship, not a verdict on who’s right. I’ll be honest with both of you, and I’ll make sure both of you get heard.
What if only one of us is ready?
That’s common. You can start with individual sessions and work on your side of the pattern, and your partner can join later if and when they’re ready.
Can I do this online?
Yes. Sessions are available by secure video anywhere in Florida, or in person at the office at 785 W Granada Blvd in Ormond Beach.
